This page explains what information concertcrafts.net collects when you use the site, why it's collected, and who it's shared with. It applies only to this website. It does not cover the Etsy platform, which has its own separate privacy policy (linked below) governing anything you submit there.
1. Information we collect
This site collects personal information only when you choose to provide it, through one of two forms:
- Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to receive updates about new or limited-run patch designs, we collect the email address you enter.
- Contact form. If you send a message through the contact page, whether for a general question or a custom order request, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide.
We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, or order details on this site. All purchases are completed on Etsy, which handles that information separately under its own policy.
2. How that information is used
Email addresses submitted through the newsletter form are used to send occasional updates about new patch designs, limited or one-time releases, and extras from custom orders being offered to subscribers first. Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to the message sent, including custom order discussions. Neither form's information is used for any purpose beyond these, and neither is sold to third parties.
3. Services we use to collect or process it
This site does not run its own server or database to store submitted information. Instead, both forms send data directly to third-party services that specialize in handling it:
- Kit (kit.com) processes and stores newsletter subscriptions. Kit's own privacy policy governs how subscriber data is handled on their platform.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) processes and delivers contact form submissions by email. Web3Forms' own privacy policy governs how that data is handled on their platform.
Neither service is used for advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
4. Purchases and Etsy
This site does not process payments and does not operate a shopping cart or checkout of its own. Product pages link out to listings on Etsy, where any purchase, including your name, shipping address, and payment details, is handled entirely by Etsy under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Etsy's policy separately if you have questions about information submitted there.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies to track visitors, and no cookie consent banner is shown because none is needed. Basic, anonymous traffic statistics (such as which pages are visited and in what general volume) may be collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which operates without cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track individual visitors across sites. Google Search Console may also be used to understand how the site appears in Google search results; it does not collect information about individual visitors either.
6. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in every email sent. If you'd like a copy of, or the deletion of, any information submitted through the contact form or newsletter signup, reach out through the contact page and we'll take care of it directly.
7. How long information is kept
Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request removal. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve the inquiry, including any related custom order discussion.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through one of these forms, contact us and it will be removed.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site or the services it uses change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
